Other statistics about padel
According to the search engine tool Ahrefs.com, interest in the padel racket peaked in December 2020. Not surprising considering that all Swedes would start playing padel and no one had equipment from the start. Ahrefs are known to show approximately 50% of the real search volume as there are many similar searches such as padel racket, padel rack, etc.
In this case, Ahrefs states that approx. 90,000 people searched for the padel racket in Sweden during December 2020. After that, the demand cooled throughout 2021 and according to Ahrefs’ estimated figures, approx. 23,000 Swedes searched for the padel racket in December 2021.
